how to prevent someone not to steal my data from hosted serv

hi this is jahanzeb, I am using vicdicl for my call centre but problem is I think some one is stealing my leads and date. I am not sure is it the owner who gave me this vicidial because it is hosted VICIDIAL and I am paying monthly. How to prevent him not to steal my leads or data? please assist me.

If you are not the physical owner of the server you can not prevent the person who has physical control of the server from accessing the server. If you don't trust your provider, you need to host elsewhere.
