zypper refresh
zypper update
**Wanna see what packages are being installed? "zypper list-updates --all"
zypper install epel-release
sed -i 's/SELINUX=enforcing/SELINUX=disabled/g' /etc/selinux/config

***Add Swap File

this is the only thing coming from my debug log, even when i try to upload leads:

Any suggestions would be appreciated, I believe it may have something to do with mysql not receiving the correct commands?

All the needed asterisks socks are there at first, then within a matter of a couple minutes it goes from 11 down to 6... ANy idea why? I am going to guess this has something to do with why I cant load any neads. When I load leads, it shows them loading but then the list still has zero leads.

Use the keepalive script in debug mode to launch the other scripts (which are the ones failing). Find the command the keepalive uses to launch them and then launch them manually using the same method and find the error message they produce when they crash. They depend on each other, so if any one of them dies it will cause a cascade failure, so your first goal is to find the one that dies NOT as a result of the dependency but as a result of something else entirely. Then attack that error message (or bring it here and we'll help).

Or install with the Vicibox .iso installer. That works fairly well, too. lol

PS: Note that it's also possible that the execution method is the problem. If the Asterisk version is incorrect (not an exact match of one of the options presented in "install.pl", and I mean EXACT), then the wrong conf files may be included during installation and some or all of those screens will fail. In which case, you fix the asterisk version (in /etc/astguiclient.conf and admin->servers) and run install.pl again with "sample conf files" option enabled. Re-edit the "externip" in sip.conf, and get back to work. If you've made any other manual conf file edits, rethink your life choices. 8-)

Probably be helpful if you created the vicidial conferences. Admin->Conferences, (top menu): Vicidial Conferences

Hold the phone, there bubba. This is a hangup request. Nobody cares. It's trying to hang up a call that's actually already hung up. Vicidial code does not bother confirming the existence of the meetme room, it just sends the terminate command. If it exists, it dies. If it doesn't, it doesn't matter.

Are you experiencing a problem or is this just you tracking down error messages?

If this is the latter, you need to perform a local installation in a virtual server with the Vicibox .iso installer and compare error messages. Many of them are normal and can be safetly ignored. But chasing them down one at a time could waste a huge number of man-hours. Especially since a local VMware or vSphere or Proxmox or Virtualbox install is ... free. And it creates a nice little comparison tool to a standardized install which may be very useful.

i am experiencing a problem, the campaign will allow the user to login and then after a minute or so it tells me there is no one in my conference, the campaign itself will still dial leads from the hopper and everything else seems to be fine, i just cant get a user logged in to start making calls, iget the following message:

Does the user's phone ring? Does the user Answer the phone? Does the user hear "you are the only person in this session"?

Re: Leads won't load

Postby carpenox » Fri Apr 17, 2020 12:13 pm

this problem is so frustrating, i feel like ive tried everything, ive researched for days, i found this recently:

https://thechris.in/technology/error-so ... oautodial/

I have tried everything explained here, when i check dahdi i get this:

dahdi_cfg -v
DAHDI Tools Version - 3.1.0

DAHDI Version: 3.1.0
Echo Canceller(s):
Configuration
======================

0 channels to configure.

My ip shows correctly but i still tried to reinstall everything using first server install and update ip and still the problem exist, no one is in your session.,...

Any suggestions 2 try would be grately appreciated

Re: Leads won't load

Postby carpenox » Sun Apr 19, 2020 10:43 am

ok so i know this thread has 2 different problems in it and i apologize for that, but i have fixed both issues so far, for the most part anyways, because this install is on a virtual server on amazon lightsail, the ports were blocked for registering the phones, once i opened all the ports on the firewall, i can now register the phones and accept the incoming call on zoiper when i log in. The problem now is I do not hear you are the only person in this conference and eventually i get kicked out to a blue screen saying "No one is in your session: " and the channels drops even though it seems to have been created and linked in meetme with no problems initially. What would cause that to happen after about 2 minutes?

Here is the output from cli:

Code: Select all

Re: Leads won't load [Solved]

For anyone having problems with loading leads thru the dialer, refer to this post but also make sure you didnt skip over something as simple as running the install.pl script within /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk/

http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=39553&p=141918&hilit=Your+session+has+been+disabled#p141918

hopefully this helps someone not go thru as much trial and error as i did to find the solution....
