User Group Login Report

i need tu consult some report for user group assitence

i see the User Group Login Report , but this report have two informations : FIRST LOGIN DATE LAST LOGIN DATE

the FIRST LOGIN DATE i see this like the first login that the agent did in your first time in the campaign

the LAST LOGIN DATE : is the last effective user login ....

this report have a bug ?

It shows up correctly for me, does your report not show two different dates?

yes, i have two diferent dates but

the FIRST LOGIN DATE It has been for 2 weeks , and not change with the time

the LAST LOGIN DATE , yes this data change with the time

well the first date is never going to change, hence the name..."FIRST". What are you trying to do with this report? I dont understand the issue....

i have tu see the first login in the day of the agent groups.... i need see that all my agents is logged at the 9:00 oclock

but is the only report that i can found...

the only way that see the information is agent for agent in the userstats for agent

yea thats not the right report for that, that report is showing the agents first time login to the server ever, not for the day. Im not sure where that report is, ill see if i can find a way to generate that, if not im sure someone here knows how

this is the closest i could find: user group hourly report V2, set the day u want to check and the time to all 24 hrs....but thats only gonna tell you which agents logged in during what hours of the day, not the FIRST person to login
