I installed Vicibox v9.0.2 today every thing setup good but viciphone not registering says wrong password in asterisk NOTICE[2719]: chan_sip.c:28751 handle_request_register: Registration from '"8018" <sip:8018@xx.xx.xxx.xx>' failed for '111.119.181.251:60192' - Wrong password

First the time issue, is that with all users? Check on the reports page and make sure your server is showing up in "green" and not red

i have created an other user and its saying same thing phone not registered wrong password....

youre still getting time sync error? you may need to update your server ip : /usr/share/astguiclient/trunk/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl

as far as wrong password. you re using the password you set for registration on those phones?

Yes i am using that password i have checked it already 3 times
