hmmm, i have a server with the same svn and build and i am unable to replicate that issue, check in your campaign settings towwards the bottom and check: Manual Dial Override: Allow_All and below that Manual Dial Override Field: enabled(this shouldnt matter but just in case). Other than that i wouldn't be sure where to check, i just go thru the settings and i know what to enable or disable to make it work, worse case scenario click the little "?" next to each field and read what they do if u think it may have anything to do with buttons or manual dialing until someone else replies with the corrct answer
