Assigning own DID for specific user

Hello guys, good day.

I'm want to assign a specific did on a user, after of research, it is like a DID routing configuration.

How can I achieve when a customer call a specific DID then this call will receive the call to a specific agent?
And I want the agent to receive the call even they are not login in the vicidial gui, but they are login in a softphone like zoiper.

In the show DID configuration DID route field should I select the EXTEN value? and get the agent phone's extension?
is there no extra configuration in the vicidial-extension file?

Routing the DID to EXTEN should work
