Sometimes Fluctuations

Sometimes while watching the real time report, we see these numbers fluctuate. [Picture] http://prntscr.com/st6nia

These numbers are were we create group status to give a ruff estimate, sometimes they might fluctuate and show every lead ever set. Is there a way to fix this? Is this indicative of pending maintenance needs? Is there something I can do to fix this?

cant that just be that there were a few transfers that werent marked as sale? perhaps the agents dispo'd them wrong or dropped calls during the first transfer, then called them back and transferred again....

Excellent point. I would suggest (since there aren't that many of them) running a report to drill down to the actual entries and wait for a flucutation. See what entries appear/disappear. Then check those lead records and see what happened in call history and in "admin modifications" history as well.
