Need Urgent help about Customer CID through dialplan

Dear Vicidial team, First of all i thank you for your efforts towards that whole vicidial system, Now coming to my problem, which i am trying to sovle from years but couldnt find any reliable solution, i am sure this thread is going to be long
Scenario: I have two could dedicated servers

Sever1- Dedicated-cloud Goautodial 3.3 Final ( Intel Xeon Quad Core 2.8 , 8 GB)
Server2-Dedicated- Vicibox 9.02 (Intel Xeon Quad Core 2.8 , 8 GB)

On server 1 i run press-1 survey through remote agent. its working fine. on press 1 i route the call though dialplan from iax2 carrier so my equation would be like this

Server1 =>remote agent=> Press-1 Call=> call menu =>extension => server2=>did=>ingroup=>agent

Now here comes the true problem, i dont get customer phone number, if i set ingroup handle method "closer" on server 2 i get wrong number on agent screen but if i set ingroup handle method :CID I get strange number looks like V527160117000000003 etc..

i tried to send customer cid to server 2 but in either way its not working what i tried is
1) on server1 set cid from dialplan as exten => _747523813,1,Set(CALLERID(num)=${CUSTPHONE})
2) set 3way caller id as "customer" on server 1
3) also tried to set cid dialplan in 8366
its not working here.
I know you may have few question about why i am using goautdial 3.3 and vicibox 9.02, i will start discussion on this latter on but 1 problem at a time.

If you are looking to send lead information from one VICIdial system to another, you should look into Cross Cluster Communication, it's the whole reason we created that set of features,

Thanks Mflorell again for Helping, I have seen that document before, but the issue is my one server has goautodial 1.8 asterisk and other server has vicibox 9.01, in goautodial there is no option to create a container like vicibox does, what best i can do in this scenario?

Is there a reason you can't upgrade VICIdial on your old GoAutoDial server?

please let me know how can i upgrade goautodial , just my concern is i dont want to break out the AMD , that was not working well in upgraded version.
