Scenario: We have agents where they want to do some wrapup actions after the call is done, including the usage of the webform buttons. However when the client doesn't hanup and the agent clicks on Hangup the agent is taken to the dispo screen and can't do any administrative actions anymore.
Question: Is there a feature i don't know of that allows you to hangup the caller but still remain in the agent screen and still use the webform buttons? I know it's possible to check the alt phone dial checkbox and then hangup but this greys out the webform buttons.
