Hello,
is it possible for the agent to override the "outside local call time" alert?
I have set the local call time in my outbound ratio campaign for 9:00am to 12:00pm and I want to be able to make a manual call or scheduled call back outside of those hours but I am getting the alert "This phone number is outside of the local call time".
Is it possible to keep the local call time restricted for the autodialing but allow for individual manual dials to occur outside those hours?
