Problem with statistics of working hours at Emergency log ag

Description of the problem:
3 servers: Version vicidial: 2.14b0.5 Asterisk Version: 1.8.23.0-vici
Virtual servers inside ESXI

There is a problem on three visidials when using the option
Campaigns - Real-Time Screen - user - Emergency log agent out
agent session ends, but statistics on the current status doubles or triples (train \ TechBr \ brake),
This affects the statistics and calculation of employee time.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or can it be fixed in other versions of the Visidial?
Unfortunately, I did not find a discussion of this problem.

The only topic on a similar problem in 2015 was left without an update:

Maybe someone faced such a problem, I will be glad to any advice
