Hello!
I am trying to make a conference with 5 users, the agent, the client and 4 external people, so far only managed a conference with 3, agent, client and external, is it possible to have this conference with more than 3 users?

Possible? Yes. Easy? Not exactly.
There are currently 2 options:
1. You can use the DIAL OVERRIDE option to put other parties into the agent session BEFORE you call the customer
2. You can write a custom SCRIPT iframe PHP script to insert calls into the agent session one at a time while the agent is on a phone call
The first one you can do by default, the second one will require custom scripting. We've had clients do both.
