whats wrong with the chat customer way already in the interface? I use it on my website, try it out if you want.

He's great! But if it was possible to write to the side messengers and this was visible by the operator in the standard chat

it is, when your in the admin screen, up top where it says logout, there is a "chat" link as well, thats for the admins to talk to any of the agents
