Unable to Create a New Campaign

Hi,

I have installed standalone vicidial installation from ViciBox_v9.x86_64-9.0.3.iso

VERSION: 2.14-763a
BUILD: 200719-1645

I've logged in as admin with access to all ADMIN INTERFACE OPTIONS.

I got the installation done without any errors but when I try to create the campaign its not creating.

It is showing up as Campaign ID and rest all fields empty.

I tried to create multiple times with alpha numeric and numeric with 6+characters but its still the same.

Kindly help and guide me to fix this issue

you changed the user 6666 to all 1's for everything?

Yes that's the basic thing everyone should do after first login.

*should* do correct, but you'd be surprised how many people didnt do that, lol. ok so when you go to admin > system settings, what do you see up top.

Is your database permissions set correctly? It seems like maybe the database isnt allowing information to be put into the db. Check this for me: nano /etc/my.cnf and then look for sql_mode= and tell me what it says next to that
