Okay I need some suggestions my server and build details are below:
VERSION: 2.14-717a BUILD: 190724-1603
Asterisk Version: 11.25.3-vici
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3130
DB Schema Version: 1574
DB Schema Update Date: 2019-08-18 16:35:50
I moved the server to a new location in-house to where the dialer is operating (Dialer and agents are on same LAN). We changed the external IP and updated the lan settings in yast lan and ran the script below to update ips & the internal ip address stayed the same.
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl
Updated the externip in /etc/asterisk/sip.conf and ran the database script to clean up the databse and rebooted server
mysqlcheck --auto-repair --optimize --all-databases
Now everything seems to be working as far as outbound calls (some inconsistency here as well sometimes it will just hang up as soon as you manual dial) but the inbound customer service calls come in (You call see the call come in via asterisk) but the call will not go to the open agent. We have had differences if we rebooted early on the agent would get 1-3 calls then it would stop transferring to them.
Should I be pointing the sip phones and the weblinks to the internal or external IP address? What could be causing this I am lost?

You need it to point to the internal IP. That way you are not opening your firewall to the world.

Okay that is the way I have it set up currently. I'm going back there today to test and figure it out. Any other suggestions or tips?

I can diagnose better with CLI output during an inbound call, no agents on the dialer would make it easier to debug with or just one to help you test.

Okay got it all figured out. I had accidentally changed the inbound group to ring all instead of next available agent and that caused the issue. Slight oversight on my part. Thanks
