I'm been with this issue for a couple of days, I'm frustrated, I don't have knowledge about programming, I just trying to do my best, please appreciate any help.

do you have a phone setup that correlates with a user? you need both

yes, I do, my phone login is cc1005, and my user login is 1005 I'm using the same password for both when I add the phone also I configured the user login on it.

and you have both the phone and user set to active?

yes, and also phone is registered on the softphone, when i search for it on asterisk , is showing correctly. i crerate a new user and is the same.
