I can't play the recording

Hi Everyone,

I can't play the recording on the vicidial interface.

I can download the recording and it is present in the server but I cannot play it on the vicidial interface.

Attached a screenshot.

Unfortunately this is not the case. I manage to download the audio and listen to it BUT on the interface I can not it is display 0 elsewhere comme dans la capture d'ecarns.

Unable to see the image uploaded but I had the same issue, changing browser to Firefox worked for me.

All Chrome-based web browsers will prevent you from accessing dynamic content(like playing an audio recording) within an HTTPS page if your content is HTTP(not encrypted). So, either switch to Firefox or put your recordings on an HTTPS web server.
