Calls to owner only, not working

installation in cluster mode
Vicidial versión: 9.0.3
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3263
DB Schema Version: 1599
Asterisk Version: 13.29.2-vici

Hi everyone, I can't get vicidial to manually call the assigned owners. The campaign is set to manual dialing, the No Hopper Dialing option is set to Y and the Owner Only Dialing option: is set to User. it still doesn't work. Your help please, Thank you.

For Owner based dialling, FOllowing options need to enable:
1. Dial Method - INBOUND_MAN,
2. Allow No-Hopper-Leads Logins: Y,
3.No Hopper Dialing: Y,
4.Owner Only Dialing: USER
5.Owner Populate: Enabled.



And assign a list to campaign. And when you are uploading leads in owner column of respective leads assign Agent ID.

After uploading leads, agent will login and press dial next number. The call will be triggered.
