Audio store not syncing to moh folders

I have been struggling with the audio store on a certain server. I can upload files and see them in the audio store but they won't get synced to /var/lib/asterisk/default for example.

If i run the above command on another server i get a long list of files output. What could be wrong here? I have the correct audio store folder set in system settings and central sound control active. This is a single server setup.

Folder permissions. Of course verify that the folder exists. Make at least one change to the MOH default files. Plus check the server settings to be sure it has been told to update MOH.
