Hi,
I'm having a regular outbound campaign with answering machine enabled. But when we do transfer the transfer call its reaching an IVR on vicidial saying "The person at extension 7722232303 is unavailable sorry but the users mail box can't accepting more messages" and the call gets hungup
I'm using a 3-way dial prefix with an individual transfer route. Kindly help me how to fix it.
