Timeclock enforce can do this where they can't get into pause without manager pause codes

Hi Carpenox,
Thank for reply. May I know how to set timeclock to change the status? Is there seems like we are forcing unavailable status to idle?

Use Pause codes with manager apporoval. So You agents if need to go pause means, you have to appove in physical then only the can go to pause. Else they will be in ready status while they are logged in in.
We are ready to help you,

@ramizuabhalim you can use the Agent API to achieve this. I once had a client who requested this, so what I did was to set up a cron job which would check the database and find any paused or dispo agents and unpause any of them which exceeded the maximum allowable time.
I wouldn't recommend it, but if you need it, you can achieve it through Agent API.
