I noticed yesterday that from my internet I cannot reach the domain vicidial.com

perform a tracert ( tracert vicidial.com) and the results at the final line is:


206.111.5.33.ptr.us.xo.net {206.111.5.33}
* request time out
* request time out
* request time out
* request time out


in the next jump can no longer continue ,, this 206.111.5.33 is a ptr of your domain?

i test with another internet and this takes another route, but its working

1) What are you trying to download? If you provide a link to the file or name for the file, I likely have a copy.

2) Most traceroutes are blocked at some point or another. Keeps out hackers AND allows "virtual" IPs so failover can occur. From what I understand. But I KNOW that all our fiber lines have dead zones in the traceroute.

3) Try a VPN service so you appear to arrive from a different location.
