Park Transfer Call MOH

We have default MOH, it is working fine and we dont want to change it. But I want to have a MUTE MOH while doing park transfer call. So, when the third person call is put on hold there should be no MUSIC at all nothing but during the same call Default MOH should be playing as it is to the first caller. How can we achieve that

2) MUTE MOH while doing park transfer call. ... the third person call is put on hold there should be no MUSIC those both say NO MOH and describe both the Lead (park transfer call is related to the lead) and the 3rd prty (specified in the next example as third person). So now I'm confused as it sounds like you just don't want hold music at all.

3) To be clear: I am not aware of a "Hold/park" option for the 3rd party during a transfer. You initiate the transfer, and then you can bring back the lead, and leae the 3-way call, are you saying that there is a "hold the 3rd party" button somewhere I overlooked?

We have a scenario where an agent is talking to a first customer, he parks that call (MOH is playing) we dont want to change anything here, agent dial second customer number also park that call(MOH is playing here also) and talks to both of them one at a time using GRAB Parked Call or Grab Park Xfer button from agent screen. In this scenario MOH is playing for both the parked calls.

We want NO MUSIC when Parked Xfer is done for the second customer.

I dont believe that is possible because the "action" for parking a call is what triggers the hold music or not depending on settings, but it is gonig to be the same action for both parked calls no matter what, either sound or no sound because they are both the same "action"

Yes, it is going to be same action I agree with you. Is there any way we can select different sounds for both the parked calls? Because right now if we do this through Admin Settings there is only one sound("default" or whatever you have selected) which applies to both the parked calls as MOH. I was thinking of one sound as "default" for the first parked call and the other sound/music as "silence" to mimic NO MOH or any other audio for the second parked call. But I couldn't find it in settings. am I missing something under settings or is there any other way to accomplish this or its not possible?
