Postby didine93 » Thu Oct 15, 2020 3:15 pm

Hello;

goautodial version 3.3

I can't find the records on seach leads and it shows me this error message.

Table 'asterisk.recording_log' doesn't exist

SELECT `recording_id`, `channel`, `server_ip`, `extension`, `start_time`, `start_epoch`, `end_time`, `end_epoch`, `length_in_sec`, `length_in_min`, `filename`, `location`, `lead_id`, `user`, `vicidial_id` FROM (`recording_log`) WHERE `lead_id` = '42987'

Thank you in advance

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (GoAutodial 3.3?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

Please note that Goautodial is merely the installer. It's not the Call Center Software Suite. It has some cool modified pages, but is still merely the installer for Vicidial. Just like Vicibox (at Vicibox.com), except generally a full version (or two) behind since it's not official and often lags due to the developer getting busy.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) Crashed table check: (Did you have a power outage?)

Code: Select all
VARDB_pass=`awk '/VARDB_pass/{print $NF}' /etc/astguiclient.conf`;
VARDB_server=`awk '/VARDB_server/{print $NF}' /etc/astguiclient.conf`;
mysql asterisk -h $VARDB_server -ucron -p$VARDB_pass -e "show table status where comment like '%crashed%'"

IF there are any crashed tables, repair all tables with one command with:
Code: Select all
mysqlcheck --all-databases --auto-repair -h $VARDB_server -ucron -p$VARDB_pass

4) If there are NO crashed tables, let's have a look at your Tables:

Code: Select all
VARDB_pass=`awk '/VARDB_pass/{print $NF}' /etc/astguiclient.conf`;
VARDB_server=`awk '/VARDB_server/{print $NF}' /etc/astguiclient.conf`;
mysql asterisk -h $VARDB_server -ucron -p$VARDB_pass -e "show tables"

And of course your backups!

Code: Select all
ll /var/log/astguiclient/archive
