Hi guys, How can I change the order of the disposition status after the call.

Because what i see they are in alphabetical order. I want them to arrange so i can reposition the DNC NI A and sales and Xfer

I forget if they go by the order of the Status or the Description, but if it's description, you could number them in the description. Otherwise, it'll be a change in the code. Either the php script that responds to the ajax request when the agent pushes the hangup button, or the javascript code in the agent screen that displays the dispos.
