Load balancing drop calls

Good day guys, Im having a problem in load balancing,
this was working from my previous version

Version: 2.14b0.5
BUILD: 200115-1702
SVN Version: 3187
DB Schema Version: 1584

but now it doesn't work now when i updated vicidial to

DB Schema Version: 1604

I have asterisk server A (main) and server B(for dial load balancing)

on server A balance dialing is off (agent + dial)
on server B balance dialing is on (dial only)

I set max trunk on server A 50 then on server B 50.
let's say that they are 60 total ringings so server will take 50, then server b takes 10.
if a prospect/human answered on server b normally agents will get it from our previous version, but now it will just gonna dropt the calls and will not travel to agents. I rebuild all the conf files on server a and server b.

My campaign setting
predictive dial, adapt_tampered
max dial level of 8.0
8 agents blended calling

When you upgraded, did you upgrade BOTH? The scripts on both servers have to be upgraded in addition to the Database structure.

Show asterisk CLI output from one of those "didn't transfer but hung up instead" calls.

Is this during a transfer between servers? Do you have each server IP added to the "trusted" zone on the firewall? Try running the keepalive script with --cu3way

Thank you for your reply but what I did to fix this is to reinstall the server b @_@.

yes it is when server b transfer the call to server a. I didn't configure that trusted zone but it worked when i tried to config load balance first. It is working now when i reinstall vicidial on server b again.
