Change lead's phone_number on inbound calls

Hey There,

I am using vicidial with
VERSION: 2.14-697a
BUILD: 190121-2019
© 2019 ViciDial Group

I am trying to update a lead's phone_number when an inbound call is in and is a private number (where I am not able to see the phone number). Is there a way to update phone_number and when hit disposition it will update in db as well?
Sorry it's just few months, I have started using vicidial.
I am seeing that fields passed in database is having correct values but just the phone_number is not changed in database?
Is it some sort of settings that I have to change or am I missing any detail?

go to the campaign > detail view> Disable Alter Customer Phone: change to N

Thanks for your response. The campaign was having the following settings as you suggested, but Later I found that it was iframe that was causing this.
