Ingroup Priority Issues

Postby mjohn425 » Tue Dec 08, 2020 1:26 am

Hi,

We are having a strange issue where inbound priority doesn't seem to be routing calls appropriately. The setup for this differs from normal where all users are on pause and then press start to accept a call when they are ready (their decision not mine).

Setup is:
AGENTDIRECT - 99
Other Ingroup - 98

It seems to be the same issue as below.

It doesn't happen every time but I can consistently replicate the issue. I place a call into both queues and then unpause, approximately 20% of the time it sends through the wrong call but it seems to be timing related. I can get it to pick up the wrong call approximately 70% of the time by unpausing at a precise time.

Really what I'm looking for is if there has been any updates recently (say past 6-8 months) which have addressed this issue otherwise I will go and have a deep dive into the agi scripts. Thanks.

There was a bug related to this that was fixed in the last couple of months. I would suggest upgrading to the latest svn/trunk revision to fix it on your system.
