Restart softphone everytime login

Hi Team I have installed vicidial v 9 I am newbie I have installed this server 10 days back I am facing this problem we have server which is on public ip our agents are working from home but we are facing a problem which is every time we login we have to restart x-lite (soft phone) means if we logout and login back softphone is not working means we do not hear

you are the only person in this conference

we have to close softphone then we have to restart.

theres so many things you may have setup wrong then because i do not see any output on asterisk cli, message me on skype and ill help walk you through some checks and then we can post the solution back here
