Hello i want to enable the timeclock function in my vicidial for download attendance reports. Could you help me to know how can do this ?

you can do that by running the agent performance detail report without having to have people login to timeclock as well, you can keep track of their hours broken down into pause time, non pause, talk time, dispo tine, wait time, etc etc
And these can be downloaded and date specified

Thank for you suggestion, I validate the status report refereed to Agent Performance Detail, User Group Login Report and User Time Sheet. The report that have more adaptation to my necessity is the User Time Sheet but the process to make login and logout with the timeclock is very cumbersome because you make click in timeclock and after login to your campaing and after repeat the same process to logout.

yea which is why i dont use it myself, too much extra work. but to each their own. Maybe you can automate the process with an API, but im not sure.
