Add Auto Dial Ratio Level options

We run on Ratio Dial Method but often times we consistently drop at 12 lines but never drop at 10 lines.
Unfortunately there is no option for 11 lines. Also when we dial some really poor contacting leads we dial at 20 lines and would love 22 or 24 or 28 but it jumps up in increments of 5. I saw in another post that they edited the admin.php to add smaller increment options like half lines and numerical values that weren’t stock. I suggested this to our IT director and he believes that edit will be wiped out once a month when there are updates made to the platform.

Question 1 is that true? If we edit the admin php to add custom increments to the Auto Dial Ratio Level will the edit get wiped out on the next update?

Question 2 if the answer to Question 1 is Yes, does anyone have a better solution?

Yes any time you update it will be replaced but you could save a copy of it and add the changes when you update
