Hello everyone,
I hope that someone can help me, I changed in the campaign the format of my recording from Campaign Rec exten:8309 to 8310, but I noticed that the system cuts the recordings and sometimes it doesn't register them, do you know how can I fix it? I tried also with a fresh installation but the problem it's the same. I checked the settings in server-recording but there's 60min...I don't know what can i do.
I have installed the latest version of Vicibox 9.3

thanks for your answer okli, now it works
I changed the sleep time from 5 to 25 seconds.
