Hi Guys,
I am experiencing a weird issue with vicidial that with more than 20 agents when I trying to make the transfer to an external number so the dialer stops dialing. and i have tested this in multiple locations because initially, I thought this could be the reason my internet is being choked due to load. But I was wrong so I found that due to null channels in the auto_call table is full. I run a cron to remove these channels which are more than 100 sec but still I am facing the same issue. also, no issue when only predictive dialing is on but as I said above when trying to transfer the issue arisen and the dialer stops dialing.
Can anyone experienced the same issue and have any solution?
Raysoloman installation guide used to install this vicidial
Centos 6.10
Asterisk Version:13.21
Max Trunks:500
Max Calls per Second:1000
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 0
DB Schema Version: 1608
Max FILL Calls per Second: 200
No dialing in asterisk CLI console and server load is maxed 4 to 5.
any other details anyone needs so please ask.

No channel restrictions here. or i would say channels approx 800 to 1000 as we have multiple providers. Also when the dialing stops so no attempts of any call or hit in the CLI console. In real-time report shows that No live calls while agents are on ready mode and Dialable leads and leads in the hopper are available.
agents >>> 15 to 20
Dial Level Max 3
