Hi everyone,
I am using the latest vicibox (9.0.3).
I want to do something like this: If the system calls a number today and that number is answered, I don't want to dial that number for up to 10 days.
My question is how do I do this and what files should i modify in order to do a custom dial attempt from the dialer according to my needs.
Thank you,

You could do that using lead recycling and setting the status you want to be redialing after 10 days to a delay of 864000 seconds which is 10 days

what do you think lead recycle does? it performs a script that runs a query and then further does action based on the results :-p
