Hi there,

here is my issue,
our client wants to use our dialer on their site by using the link below (under Click to Dial with SIP)

Click to Dial with SIP
If your dialer has a SIP address we can link to, you can enter that SIP address via Settings > Dialer Settings under the Click to Dial section.
This will automatically create a phone icon for each debtor phone number on the Claim Details page. Clicking this icon will launch a call to your dialer automatically.

Check the box next to “SIP Link – sip:[phone]@_________” .
Enter your SIP address in the box provided.
Click the Save Settings button to finalize your changes.

but when I click the dialer it redirected me to sip:<PHoneNUMtoDial>@4160@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX and nothings happens

I believe in order to vici to dial has to use webphone ,softphone or hardphone right?

no you can use click2call api's to send the call to vici but it has to be configured correctly. Im not sure what click2call youre using but they should supply you with the proper way to set it up, if anything hit me up on skype, perhaps I can help you figure it out
