Hello,
I have an installation of ViciBox 9.3, I've searched in the forum but I haven't found a clear answer.. and I'm a bit confused.
The question is: How can I let an agent call another agent directly from the vicidial client screen, not transfer a call but call directly another agent like they do with external number with Manual dial.
For example I'm agent A and I want to talk with agent B, how can I do that?
I think that the solution i releated to AGENTDIRECT but how I should configure it?
Please, any suggestion is appeciated.
Thank you

Hello carpenox with the manual extension call the SIP phone, i would like to emulate the transfer of external call where you can see the call in the vicidial screeen like queue.
Do you know if it's possible to do it?
Thanks

Do you want Agent A to call Agent B's extension, or do you want Agent A to enter a queue and be treated like a customer calling in to Agent B?

Hello Matt I'd like that Agent A to enter a queue and be treated like a customer calling in to Agent B.
Thanks

Setup a DID and have it pointed to Agent A, then have Agent B manually dial the DID
Built too many to count, Centos7 Scratch install, Opensuse Scratch install, Centos8 Scratch install, etc.

Hello GenXOutsourcing it's not easy to handle it that way...The behavior should be similar to when a transfer queues the call to the agent queue, is it possible to create a call in the agent's queue?
