Agents with 2 Calls at the time

hi everyone and thanks for all the support, i remember i did this once but cant remember, i have 1 agent using a campaing but sometimes she is on a call and get callback and she's unable to get the second call and put the current one on hold and get back .... any solution ??? cant remember how i did it before

The campaign setting "Agent Call Re-Queue Button" will allow agents to send their current active call into an AGENTDIRECT queue just for them, so they can take another call.

If there is only one agent how may i get the second call

Right above the Re-Queue campaign setting is the "Agent Grab Calls in Queue" setting, which allows an agent to click on a call in queue and have it sent to them. I would also suggest taking a look at the other settings around those two, which you also may want to activate.

yes u can set to 1-5 for how many to be able to see in queue
