Hi Support,
I have issue with Vicidial Cluster i set up.
1 have 2 WB / 2DB / 6 DIALERS
1. The line was dropped when reach to agent, agents try to greet but call drop.
2. The call when reach to agent, agent hear the customer voice seems like robot voice and not clear.
This happening in separate dialers but using the same environment means same web server.
May I know, what should i do to fix this issue?

The reason I asked was the issue sounds similar to issues that region is having with the PTA(pakistan telecommunications administration or some shit)
How many agents are accessing the web server and are you using webrtc as well?

Hi Carpenox,
The issue has been resolved after i move to the new dialer. I suspect my old dialer got issue.
I plan also to use the webrtc in future, but may i know what is the frequently issue or common issue if we implement the webrtc?

the minimum requirements for an agent to be able to talk is 2mbps internet and if you run into any problems, hit me up on skype, ive installed it for about 50 people on here and helped another 100 or so
