Survey Campaing Not Working Properly

I have this survey campaign with Routing Extension: 8366 to play the recording when call is answered, #1 to opt-in, #2 opt-out or not interested, Survey No-Response Action: Drop, but most of the calls are like pressed #1 even when no one answer the phone.

You've got something set up wrong then.can you share your config for the campaign survey?

it's fixed, not sure if was me on my end or the carrier but did this mod to the trunb settings

allow=alaw

the only change you really needed was the type=friend and alaw if you use it, adding qualify is nice if you want to see in sip show peers but not needed, but nat should go back to force_rport,comedia

glad its vworking for ya, but im honestly surprised because your routing goes to extension 8300 which is immediate hang-up:
