Vicibox 9 install help

Hi, I was trying to install vicibox 9.03 today and got this warning -

vicibox9# vicibox-install
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:

I followed the steps in the manual. I tried installing on 3 different machines and 2 got the same warning. Am I missing anything?

Hi carpenox, thanks for the quick reply. I followed and upgraded the OS and still got the same warning -
