Hi guys,
I just notice the customer time AM/PM mismatch.
Our server time zone is New York.
The customer actual time is 9am, but in vicidial agent web customer time is 9pm.
How can I fix this?

So to fix this, you need to set your computer timezone to match your server timezone.
