HI Support,
Just want to know. As practice in VIcibox 9, normally how many concurrent agent can support in 1 webserver?
My target 200 - 300 agents.
Can you achieve that with 1 webserver?
My webserver spec :
Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4214R CPU @ 2.40GHz
CPU(s): 16
On-line CPU(s) list: 0-15
Thread(s) per core: 1
Core(s) per socket: 2
Socket(s): 8
RAM : 8GB
Thanks in advance

It depends on what features you are using. For example, if you are heavily using the APIs, and have Agent Chat enabled, you might not get much above 100 before you see problems. But without those features, we can reliably get over 200 agents on a single webserver(single CPU quad-core, 16GB RAM).
