Hi All,
So we can get the PRESS_CALLBACK_QUEUE working smoothly.
The issue we're finding is that no matter what option we choose, we cannot get vicidial to confirm the number to callback.
We've set CID Callback Number Validation to YES but it never gets to that step.
After you choose "1" for a callback, it plays the confirmation message than hangs up.
I've watched the logs and nothing further gets played.
Am I missing something?????
