AMD Type: KHOMP

We are trying khomp call analytics.
I have an issue when i setup my campaign amd type to KHOMP, There are calls in queue but doesn't routes to an active agent.
Anyone experience this?

Getting KHOMP to work can be complicated. We've helped about a half-dozen clients set it up, and there are a lot of little things(on both the KHOMP and VICIdial sides) that if not set correctly can cause it all to break.
