chaged MYSQL password, Vicidial broken

I outsourced my server install by some experts, they never shared with me the install steps they followed. I changed the MariaDB root password, and now I can't create lists or campaigns.

Where do I update the Vicidial mysql password?

The MySQL root password has nothing to do with Vicidial. The users for Vici are cron and custom.

Ok, I have no idea why its broken then. i only changed the root password.

Yeap, that is what I'm doing.
Same thing with lists, filters

Scratch installs, a lot of people "say" they can do them...... but most cant.

Yeah, it was working, spent good money.

I've been messing with a huge data set for the list. I think I corrupted it somehow. I'm able to create new campaigns now by running

mysqlcheck -u root -p --auto-repair --all-databases


I still can't create a new list.

Any guidance is appreciate it to repair vicidial_lists and any other table associated with creating lists. Even is it means I have to remove all data in that table

I don't mind just deleting the entire database and starting from scratch either
