agent to agent Calling

Hi All ,
Good day Using Cent-OS 7 With Scratch install agent to agent calling ie (1000 to 2005 intercom ) not working kindly advice .


Also Any options in vicidial sticky agents

1. 1000 to 2005 - Phones or Agents?
If Phones, It will work. If agnets, You need to create DID for each agent and land to them. DID (1001) -> Agent (1001). In default right, dialplan to access DID route agi. It will work.

2. Try to use Owner Option in Campaign and Lists. If Incoming, you may write an AGI to fond the last owner of that lead from vicidial list and you can Land via did what i mentioned same in previous Point.

Am using webRTC i tryed to create a dialplan not worked for me using viciphone2.1

create DID for each agent and land to them. DID (1001) -> Agent (1001). In default right, dialplan to access DID route agi. It will work. in incoming DID 1000 to agent 1000 sale like all extensions it will work agent to agent calling ? Right

yes same am creating and i have created the DID extension also

if your using webrtc, it doesnt support multi channel, so once your logged into the system, you then cant make other calls to other extensions, it has to be done with DID, the DID can be something other than the extension, but then route it to the agent

Yes thanks for your time Carpenox before we tried with Zoiper it was worked before now we don't have other web phone option
