Progressive / Powerdial with no pause?

Hello Vici members,

I previously loved the predictive dialer but I do not like the pause for my agents with high valued data. Can we move to a progressive dialer that allows no pause (or very small pause?). Does this work as good as PhoneBurners claim of no pause powerdialing? The 3 seconds from someone saying hello, results in a 2nd hello which won't work for this data.
