*DB Master - vicidial_live_agents stuck

Hi All,

Recently, I have issue with the database for vicidial_live_agents table where agent stuck on db but very less. By right agents already logout from the system.
I have seen the cronjob for this script /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_cleanup_agent_log.pl running every 33 minutes by default.

Can i run that script every 15 minutes without the system issue?
Any advise on this? or got other way?

Running that script more often isn't going to fix your problem. This is probably a database load issue of some kind.

What is your database hardware?(CPU/RAM/drives/RAID/etc...)

Is this an all-in-one server?

How many records in your call_log table?

How many agents total are on your system?

How many records in your call_log table?
- around 3000-10000 per day


How many agents total are on your system?
- so far 50-90 agents
- it can can be up until 100-170 agents.


I have setup as a server cluster.

1 Master
1 Slave
1 Web
Multiple Dialler

DO you have idea to fix this?
But this issue very less happen but still got.

or we just control or always archive the call_log table inside the database ?

You didn't answer what the DB hard drives were that you were using, or what kind of RAID those drives were configured in.

I asked how many records were in the call_log table, not how many were added each day.

Do you have slow query logging enabled on your database?
