Error 408 Request timeout

Cant access my vicidial from softphone, I registered phone but it is not working. I assume it port 5060 is closed. Any idea how to open port 5060?

yast firewall, then go to public zone(if your not using dynamic portal or whitelist-if you are go to trusted zone) and add service asterisk or sip, theres an article on my blog on how to secure your vididial, please use it

Still having the same problem, I also allowed everything on firewall, the same issue, could it be a SIP misconfiguration to disallow me to connect from softphone?

I was running CentOS 8 and Vicibox 9.

I got it working thanks to carpenox, I cannot explain exactly what was wrong and was fixed since I am new with Vicidial but after following carpenox steps through anydesk, I saw he was following this tutorial (I think he is the author), everything started working.
