Remove Specific Agents from Ingroups

Hi team,

I have enabled certain ingroups for agents logged into certain campaigns to access, such as Spanish ingroups. However, not all agents within a campaign need it.

I understand that agents can manually select and de-select certain in-groups each time they log in, but is there a way to remove this extra step for specific agents (to save time them time) on the Admin-level?

Yes just go to the user and set the ingroups to 0

But, to clarify, we still want to give the user the option to choose certain ingroups. (may vary on certain days)
We just wanted to remove language-specific options from being listed for specific users if these didn't apply to them.

also within the user, you can specify which ingroups they have access to

I've unchecked the specific ingroups, and can still see them when logging in.

We want to enable an ingroup for a specific user.
